So after waiting 5 days after I got my new goodies (except for my backordered Spanish Wow Flower which is due on Friday), I FINALLY got around to playing with my new stuff.
Should I mention how FABULOUS the Pacific Point and Riding Hood Red are?
And the Bella Rose, DP? To die for!
Here's my first card with this precious little bunny. I didn't really get why they put a Springy Bunny in with the Fall Collection but I'm so excited that they did. He is the cutest thing!
He was stamped in Staz-on on watercolour paper and then coloured in with my aquapainters and all the new colors. I stamped his head again, coloured him and then popped it up on a dimensional. There's also a rhinestone on the flower. I guess i should mention that everything is from Stampin' Up! except for the rhinestone.
Sorry for the poor photo. The lighting was bad tonight.
I used my word window punch to round the corner of the sentiment. Used the old trick of extending it out the back. and secured it with a brad.
I love all the polka dots in the Bella Rose DP. The layout was from an older sketch challenge of my super sweet upline - Beate Johns. It's WSC15 from August '07. You can see more of the cards using this layout here on Splitcoast Stampers.
Wow! I go forever without uploading anything and then two posts bam bam! Whatever has gotten into me?! Enjoy!
