Both gift card holders are quick and simple - just what we like. I think I whipped them out in 15 minutes each! And that included figuring out which papers I wanted to use!
This first gift card holde
r is from GinaK Designs and Stamp TV. She has great tutorials that are simple and easy to use!I like this holder because you can fit any size card in it depending on how big you cut the opening in the center.
This used retired holiday designer series paper - but it's still one of my favorites. I never really thought of these roses as Christmas - more like spring roses. I guess you could use it either way depending on the stamp set you used on the outside.
For the second holder - I used a gift card holder a dear friend, Kelly K, gave me last year for my
birthday. She filled it with a Sonic Gift Card - MY FAVORITE! I took the gift card apart carefully and was able to figure out her dimensions. This fabulous little holder is made with a 6x6 sheet of paper! Just using 2 sheets of designer paper and 1 sheet of 12x12 you can quickly whip up 4 of these beauties.
I hope the club has fun with these projects. I'm being a mean instructor and making them cut and score again this month. Wax on, wax off, right?
